Craft captivating and persuasive proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQ), and interview materials while expertly managing proposal schedules and internal deadlines.
Propel our public relations and branding endeavors forward by actively contributing to maintaining our website, engaging with social media, developing press releases, crafting award submissions, and creating engaging blog content.
Play a vital role in shaping our marketing campaigns, including digital marketing campaigns, through assisting with development and implementation.
Research and track project solicitations and leads.
Assist with planning memorable special events like conference/tradeshow exhibits and client events.
Collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing team to elevate standard materials and maintain and streamline our marketing processes and resources including our photo and project description libraries.
Use and maintain our company ERP/CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint).
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements to our processes and procedures.
Take an inclusive approach to creating content both internally and externally.
To thrive in this role, you must have...
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field.
General knowledge of marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and an eye for design.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective and collaborative work style that meshes well with a variety of people.
