We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with over 10 years of hands-on project management expertise. The ideal candidate has led and delivered large-scale projects worth $1 million or more, particularly in the domain of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML). This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting or exceeding business objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and proven success in navigating complex, cross-functional environments. You will work closely with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, stakeholders, and clients to implement state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping, requirements gathering, and planning, to execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that business objectives are clearly understood and delivered. Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
• Technical Leadership: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical requirements, overseeing solution architecture, data pipelines, and algorithm development.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee and manage project budgets exceeding $1 million, allocate resources efficiently, and track project expenses. Ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate risks to key stakeholders proactively. Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution efforts.
• Agile/Scrum Methodology: Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage project sprints, optimize workflow, and ensure consistent delivery of project milestones.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly monitor project progress, performance metrics, and KPIs. Provide detailed project updates and reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the implementation of high-quality AI/ML models and solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet compliance requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement across project management functions, utilizing best practices, lessons learned, and emerging AI/ML trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 5 years of experience managing AI/ML projects or other highly technical software development initiatives.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects worth $1 million or more, on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including but not limited to machine learning algorithms, neural networks, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.
• Technical background in software development, data science, AI/ML, or related fields. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Risk management expertise with the ability to foresee project risks and navigate challenges effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI/ML services available through these platforms.
• Background in data engineering, big data analytics, or software development.
• Experience in regulatory compliance in AI/ML-driven solutions (e.g., data privacy laws, ethical AI frameworks).
