Primary Skills:

  • Lead Business Analyst role/prior consulting experience is preferred
  • Experience in leading and supporting successful projects

  • Working experience with AZURE Dev Ops and Jira
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Advanced technical skills
  • Industry experience in leasing maintenance and supply chain
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification
  • BPM Certification (e.g., AIIM BPM Certificate, Certification from BPMInstitute.org, ABPMP s Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP ))
  • BA Certification (e.g., CBAP/CCBA, BCS BA Certification, PMI-PBA)
  • SQL query experience

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with business and delivery teams based on trust and confidence
  • Plan and conduct Discovery Phase workshops across all organizational levels
  • Elicit requirements, conduct requirements gathering sessions, and document requirements in US format (JIRA)
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Stay up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Perform detailed requirements analysis, identifying all possible use cases and impacts
  • Document and communicate the requirements and results from the analysis of requirements
  • Effectively communicate requirements, insights, and analysis results to cross-functional team members and management
  • Build mock-ups/wireframes to illustrate and communicate system interactions
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful outputs
  • Work closely with SMEs, business users, delivery team (development, QA, and delivery manager), and managerial staff
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis to evaluate ROI
  • Facilitate focus sessions, showcase sessions, and conduct User Acceptance Testing
  • Assist Business PMO team in building training material
