The ideal candidate will be an experienced, motivated Sr. Affiliate Marketing Manager responsible for managing the day to day activities involved with affiliate publishing of digital media solutions advertising campaigns.

Essentials Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
  • Establish direct relationship with key affiliates partners outside of platforms.
  • Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions, addressing any violations promptly.
  • Monitor subscriber KPIs from Affiliates channel to ensure we are on-boarding healthy subscribers.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or sales, with a track record of successfully managing affiliate campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills to optimize affiliate partnerships and campaigns
  • Detail understanding of platforms such as Impact Radius and CJ.
    • Proficiency in major analytics and tracking tools, such as Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high level projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
