Job Description: Regulatory Windchill Coordinator
The Regulatory Windchill Coordinator will support the Regulatory Affairs team by managing and validating metadata in the Global Regulatory Library (GRL). This role involves extracting and analyzing data from the Windchill application, maintaining accurate approval records, and ensuring alignment with GRL naming conventions.
Essential Functions
- Location: St. Paul, MN 55117
- Duration: 6 Months (Potential extension until end of 2025)
- Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible after onboarding)
- Work Arrangement: Remote, with proximity to St. Paul office for training/meetings
The Regulatory Windchill Coordinator will support the Regulatory Affairs team by managing and validating metadata in the Global Regulatory Library (GRL). This role involves extracting and analyzing data from the Windchill application, maintaining accurate approval records, and ensuring alignment with GRL naming conventions.
Essential Functions
- Retrieve Regulatory Approval records for assigned countries using the Windchill application.
- Create and maintain Excel tracking sheets to validate metadata against approval records.
- Identify discrepancies between metadata fields and approval records and update the Windchill system accordingly.
- Communicate with in-country affiliates to clarify and reconcile discrepancies.
- Report any expired or invalid approval records and other inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in using systems and applications, such as SAP and Windchill, or other PLM tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data using Excel.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, or Data Analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP, Windchill, Business Objects, or similar software is advantageous.
