  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Specialist with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Power BI, Python, and SQL to join our team. This position requires onsite presence in the Atlanta, GA area, and only qualified candidates located near Atlanta will be considered. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud services, data analytics, and end-to-end data pipeline integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of Cloud SQL and Big Query with other Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and Data Studio for complete data analytics pipelines.
  • Manage and optimize Cloud SQL resources, including setting up access controls with IAM and monitoring performance using Google Cloud Platform logging and monitoring tools.
  • Design and build scalable production data pipelines, from data ingestion to consumption, using Python within a hybrid big data architecture.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain ETL pipelines and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
  • Integrate Power BI with Google Cloud Platform for advanced data visualization and reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain SQL Server and SSIS for enterprise data management solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices within cloud environments.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience integrating Cloud SQL, Big Query, and other Google Cloud Platform services for end-to-end data analytics pipelines.
  • Proficiency in managing Cloud SQL resources, access controls (IAM), and performance monitoring.
  • 6+ years of experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
  • 4+ years of ETL experience and solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and tools.
  • 3+ years of experience integrating Microsoft Power BI with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong background in Python scripting for building and maintaining data pipelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform security best practices and cloud environment security tools.
