Location: Hybrid/Remote - NJ/NYC area within commutable distance to Parsippany HQ

Job Description: We are seeking an Insights Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing Insights Team. This role supports the execution of market research initiatives that drive brand, product, advertising, marketing, and customer program strategy for our growing commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research Execution:
  • Deliver end-to-end research, from requirements gathering to study launch and results delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior insights resources and outside vendors to conduct relevant market research projects.
  • Program questionnaires and conduct analysis within Qualtrics.
  • Conduct and analyze qualitative focus groups and interviews as needed.
  • Present research findings to business owners and senior management, providing insights on our business.
  • Support Commercial Focused Areas:
  • Address research needs for products, programs, services, and events aimed at contractors, architects, specifiers, building envelope consultants, property managers, and distributors.
  • Partner with the channel marketing team, marketing services, and legal to launch surveys to our customer database.
  • Support user experience testing and research.
  • Collaborate with the Insights Team to bring projects to completion.

  • Experience or technical knowledge of the AEC industry (preferred).

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree mandatory; preferred degrees in Marketing, General Management, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Architecture/Engineering, or Sustainability.
  • Certifications through N/ng, Burke, or other institutions/organizations considered in lieu of a degree with appropriate experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing research or marketing insights.
