As an Associate Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and executing pricing strategies that support our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess pricing models, and recommend strategies that optimize profitability and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand competitive pricing, market demand, and customer behavior.
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of pricing strategies based on data analysis and market insights.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze pricing data, sales trends, and financial reports to identify opportunities for price adjustments and profitability improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on pricing performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives and market conditions.
  • Modeling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain pricing models and forecasts to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pricing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or data analysis, preferably in a business or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Experience with pricing software or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
