POSITION OVERVIEW

The Information Security Analyst I will work closely with other members of the security and compliance team in support of a comprehensive Cyber Security program. This role will focus on end point security, internet of things devices, and identity management, audit assurance, and other areas of the program, as needed. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Fontainebleau’s policies, practices, and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

  • Monitor endpoint systems to identify threats and cyber incidents; escalate cyber incidents in accordance with escalation processes
  • Support the IT team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint security technologies to ensure the CIA of systems
  • Implement and validate controls to meet third-party compliance and regulatory endpoint requirements
  • Participate in the investigation of security alerts and confirm incidents as detected
  • Provide input to endpoint security policies, standards and procedures for review and authorization with management
  • Address support issues related to endpoint security product functionality
  • Test and sign off on new client build installation and functionality with supported Operating Systems, golden image validation
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory
  • IoT device security
  • Asset and lifecycle Management
  • Working with internal IT, hardening of systems to adhere to published standard
  • Audit & compliance support including validation and gap remediation
  • Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two plus (2+) years of experience in cyber security operations, intrusion detection, security architecture or other equivalent experience
  • Current, relative industry certifications preferred
  • Experience with IT operating systems Windows, Unix and Linux, hypervisors, IP networks WAN and LAN, storage networks, and backup networks
  • Experience with Palo Alto NGFW
  • Relevant networking experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team members and business and security leadership
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and possess a holistic business view
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Pro-active and can-do approach to problem solving
  • The ability to assess risk and translate it to business relevant considerations and facts

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.
