- Analyze and prepare reports for management to ensure KPIs and targets are met
- Collaborate with the QA Department on agent grading sheets and monitor call review channels
- Experience in the health insurance industry and managing call center agents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process assessment and improvement
- Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee daily management of Future Agent processes
- Ability to handle escalated issues and navigate challenging conversations
- Demonstrated experience with compliance regulations and enforcement of company policies
- Comfortable leading and communicating in virtual meetings
- Access to fast internet and up-to-date equipment for daily company meetings
