What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Support Future Agent Team Leads by providing direction and monitoring their performance metrics
  • Assist in hiring processes, including video interviews and onboarding for new team members
  • Monitor onboarding, training, and shadowing processes for trainees
  • Analyze and prepare reports for management to ensure KPIs and targets are met
  • Collaborate with the QA Department on agent grading sheets and monitor call review channels

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience in the health insurance industry and managing call center agents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process assessment and improvement
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee daily management of Future Agent processes
  • Ability to handle escalated issues and navigate challenging conversations

  • Demonstrated experience with compliance regulations and enforcement of company policies
  • Comfortable leading and communicating in virtual meetings
