Requirements Of The Construction Manager - Mechanical
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in overseeing industrial construction projects, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
- Background in collaborating with manufacturing clients across various environments.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications, with the ability to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or issues within the documents.
- Experience in handling civil/site work, including concrete, steel, building envelope, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and more.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to being an integral part of a small-firm environment, with the ability to adapt to ambiguous situations.
- This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of general contractors on the job site of assigned projects and managing the performance of the on-site team.
- 100% In office
- Primarily local travel during the business day, however out of state travel is likely for project coordination.
