Assistant Studio Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking anAssistant Studio Managerto join our team at Body Fit Training (BFT) West Frisco.

As an Assistant Studio Manager your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, lead management, community events, marketing and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness. This role is comprised of 70-80% sales and marketing and 20-30% studio operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be available to work Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm-8pm andSaturday/Sunday6:30am-12:00pm
• 1+ yearof fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with general manager and studio owner
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail
• Excellent communication and strong writing and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others succeed
• Proficiency with computers and studio software
• Must possess a passion for continuous learning and a strong desire for career growth
• High school diploma/GED required
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking
• Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead goals for the studio, including digital marketing and social media presence of the BFT brand through various digital platforms
• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym
• Answer phone calls and assist members
• Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience
• Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
