The Sales Manager's main duty is to market and drive sales for the business's spare trading division. Moreover, they will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities related to Skyways Technics' primary areas of expertise in their assigned territory.

The Sales Manager will work in close collaboration with the commercial team, thoroughly assessing each prospective customer and opportunity before initiating any sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with customers to maximize revenue and profit while ensuring on-time delivery and high service levels.
  • Understand the connections between Skyways Technics and both our existing and prospective customer base.
  • Identify key players for procurement decisions related to spare trading within potential customer organizations.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong connections with decision-makers and top-level executives.
  • Gather market insights concerning the existing solutions offered to customers.
  • Build and sell tailor-made offers depending on the specific customer needs and local requirements.
  • Ensure the contracted service levels are in accordance with the customer’s and Skyways Technics’ expectations.
  • Continuously identify new sales leads with current and future customers.
  • Participate in exhibitions and trade fairs.
