Instructor Trainer

Job Description:

The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of developing training curricula for ERP Systems

- Minimum of 8 years of conducting training sessions in person and remotely

- Minimum of 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications

- Minimum of 4 years experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP System

- Preferred: Experience with SoftChalk, Camtasia, Jira, and SharePoint
