Job Summary:

The I&R Technical Trainer is responsible for developing training courses, materials, and execution of training for existing and new hire employees. While supporting the installation, repair, and maintenance field team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates a focus on health, safety, and environmental protection on the job.
  • Develop Training courses for Products being installed
  • Create reference materials for new products
  • Complete new Hire training and field training.
  • Support IR Field manager s with additional training of field teams when required.
  • Quality control inspections

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of business analysis, continuous improvement, and team management
  • A background in Installation and Repair of telecommunication services.
  • Ability to Travel to team members located throughout the CFOC Network
  • Positive attitude and customer focused approach
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to train, mentor and manage staff members
  • Enjoys working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing work environment
