Job Description:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the user-facing side of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications. Your role will involve working with modern technologies and frameworks to create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using Vue.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and consistent user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve the performance and quality of applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the implementation of best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.
• Experience with Vue.js framework and its core principles, such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM.
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend integration.
• Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
• Proficiency with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processing platforms, such as LESS or SASS.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like Lighthouse or WebPageTest.
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications adhere to them.
• Experience with other frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
