  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ready to deliver client success through seamless integration?

Our Professional Services team collaborates closely with new and previously existing Coveo clients to ensure a seamless integration, and configuration of our highly customizable AI Cloud SaaS Solution into their environment. You will have direct engagement with clients to provide a significant impact throughout the implementation cycle. Beyond UI colour coding, you'll be immersed in indexing millions of documents in diverse cloud systems, delivering lightning-fast, contextually relevant search results.

If you excel in front-end technologies and are eager to integrate your technical expertise into consultancy while tackling business problems at scale, the Professional Services team is the perfect fit for you!

What your typical day would look like:
  • You start your day off with a team meeting (scrum) to track the progress on the team's different projects and learn by sharing innovative ideas. It's a key for idea sharing and inspiration.
  • Following that, you get to work on an internal tooling project to make your colleague's jobs easier and more efficient. Each contribution you make here has a direct impact on the productivity of your colleagues.
  • Next, you work on the teams' backlog of tasks by conducting bug fixes and ongoing projects.
  • After lunch, you attend client meetings with your colleagues. You update them on your progress, discuss next steps and contribute to future implementations.
  • You have a check-in meeting with your mentor to get some feedback on what you have been working on and take the opportunity to shadow what they are doing.
  • Before the day ends, you work on Coveo's own in-house build libraries (Atomic and Headless) to enhance customer journeys and implement components directly in our clients' environment.
Here's what will qualify you for the role:
  • You are a third-year student studying computer science or software engineering at the Bachelor or Master's level.
  • You have completed at least one internship in a front end or fullstack role.
  • You have excellent frontend coding skills, with experience in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Python, or Java.
  • You are interested in a consultancy role; remember this role will involve global client interactions!
And the cherry on top that will make you stand out:
  • You have participated in programming competitions like hackathons or have worked on relevant side projects.
  • You lead with a proactive mindset and enjoy bringing creativity in problem solving to your work.
  • You are not afraid to ask questions and you are always willing to learn!
