Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing complex projects from inception to successful completion. Your strong technical background will enable you to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the seamless execution of projects within time and budget constraints.

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience working closely with a Software Engineering Team: Drive/monitor/manage R&D Software Engineering projects, engaging key stakeholders, insurance adherence agreed upon ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Past or Current Background in Software Engineering is a plus (ideally with a mix of Java, Front End Technologies and IoT-smart-device applications) with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions, providing valuable insights to the development team.
• Experience driving SW Development Projects and Implementing-Formalizing AGILE-SCRUM while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, guiding team members in project execution, and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience working on applications within the Healthcare, Hospital, Medical Domain with exposure to HIPAA, HL7 and/or FHIR is strongly preferred.
• Experience working as the key-go-to Communicator for project status, updates, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, clients, and team members, in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards through thorough testing and validation processes.
• Experience managing SW Engineering Budget and/or technical Resource Management: Oversee project resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of available resources and timely procurement.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancing project management methodologies and practices (experience with Terraform and/or AWS CI/CD tools is a plus)/
• Experience Adhering to Healthcare Industry Best Practices with the use of Agile-Scrum Methodology: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and maintain a competitive edge.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Pluses:

• A PMP and/or Agile Scrum certification or training.
• Current or Previous Experience with most of the following: IoT smart connected software applications development, embedded software engineering, Core Java, TypeScript, React, AWS IOT Services, PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and other project management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering software application projects on time and within budget.
