Job Description

Primary Role

• Create detailed project schedules capturing tasks, dependencies and key milestones
• Utilize project management software to create and manage schedule data
• Engage with project managers and other stakeholders to gather information necessary for developing project schedules
• Pro-actively facilitate discussions to ensure accurate representation of project activities and timelines
• Continuously monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
• Identify potential schedule risks and work with project managers for risk mitigation
• Strong in clearly communicating project schedules to stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on status, highlighting any deviations, with potential impact

Knowledge & Experience:

• Strong experience on MS Project
• Experience working in a Waterfall environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially collaborating and working in a team environment
• Ability to establish/maintain high level of confidence
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and an ability to work well under pressure
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
