A&D Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized system for documentation and information for business operations
  • Maintain a consistent reporting structure using CRM and PowerBI platforms
  • Generate individualized workflows based on activity locally and from Denmark
  • Customer service assistance regarding invoices, bills and commissions
  • Support and assist sales team in NYC
  • Ability to craft, edit and proofread various communications on behalf of the team
  • Act as a contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Research industry trends

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, communications or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Has a creative eye for detail
