  • Control budget for labor and supplies
  • Manage company assets and routing performance
  • Address customer and delivery issues
  • Use and maintain routing software
  • Handle staff relations and performance

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain

Certifications/Technical Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL (preferred)
  • Approved defensive driving program
  • HazMat and Doubles Certification a plus

Skills:

  • Proficient in English
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Skilled in spreadsheets and word processing
  • Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Effective leadership and problem-solving
