  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable corporate and leisure experiences? Do you have a strong track record in the inbound DMC industry? We are looking for a remote project manager to join our dynamic team and lead the charge of designing incentive and leisure programs across the USA and the East Coast of Canada.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (Spanish-English): Fluent in both languages, able to communicate seamlessly with clients and vendors.
  • 10+ years of experience in the inbound Destination Management Company (DMC) industry within the Latin/Hispanic Market.
  • A savvy negotiator: skilled in securing the best hotel, venue, and restaurant deals.
  • Experienced in managing staff to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for delivering flawless program proposals.
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams are second nature to you.
  • Strong sourcing skills: able to find and vet new products and experiences for our clients.
  • Destination knowledge: extensive familiarity with major cities in the USA and the East Coast of Canada.
  • Proactive and independent, capable of taking initiative and anticipating client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills: you respond quickly and effectively to client requests, and you’re a problem-solver at heart.
  • Willingness to travel: You’re ready to hit the road and accompany groups to ensure top-notch service.
  • Resolutive: You handle unexpected challenges with confidence and professionalism.
