Quality Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage up to 10 Quality Team members
  • Oversee the gage control and calibration system, determining which services are provided externally.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure parts conform to purchase agreements and maintain adequate quality systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional design review teams to determine suitable product designs, inspection methods, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in internal scrap, rework, and customer feedback. Act on these opportunities and report the results to upper management.

Quality Manager Requirements:

  • Previous Quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with metal products and CNC machining processes required
  • Background with CMM/Metrology equipment preferred.
