  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

EGIS Careers is mandated to fill an Associate role on behalf of a $3+ billion private equity firm focused on investing in the healthcare services industry. The firms is looking for a specific background and working to recruit from a top-tier Analyst training program within healthcare investment banking.

The firm targets equity investments between $75m-$150m with predominantly majority stake ownership holds. Firm does pursue minority stake opportunities and does consider debt instruments where appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier academic institution with excellent GPA
  • 1-2 years of investment banking full-time working experience within a healthcare coverage group
  • Candidates from Jeffries, Guggenheim, Bank of America, Greenhill, MTS Health Partners, GS, or JPM or other premier healthcare coverage groups are preferred
  • Candidate must be based in New York City
  • Employer is not able to sponsor now or in the future

The employer is seeking a candidate with no more than 24 months of full-time experience with multiple deal reps on their resume. The candidate must have a passion for healthcare services and ready to move to the investing side of the industry after 12-24 months of excellent investment banking healthcare training.
