  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our client's team in the Cleveland, TN area. This is a direct hire opportunity with a great company that offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinate a team of production employees to ensure consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the machinery is functional
  • Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
  • Lead team members
  • Track metrics through daily reporting
  • Train, coach and develop team members
  • Ensure daily production goals are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience including formal management skills training
  • 2+ years experience as a Production Supervisor or supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated
  • Strong problem solving skills
