Job Title: Credit Administrator

Established in 1987, Triad Metals is a privately held, independent company that has grown to become one of the premier wholesale distributors and processors of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling and plate products. With six locations in the United States and Canada, Triad metals is actively hiring for a Credit Administrator for our office located in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

These vital relationships allow us to achieve maximum efficiency in our operations and service. The need to innovate and constantly look ahead is another guiding principle of our team.

Successful Candidates will be expected to:

• Process credit applications
• Develop relationships, monitor collections for receivables and reports for management
• Reply to external credit inquiries
• Enter all receivables for both U.S and Canadian customers
• Reconcile accounts receivable reports daily
• Review daily billing for both U.S and Canada
• Scanning and filing of documents as required
• Support other finance and sales staff as needed
• Processing of weekly / monthly customer statements
• Assist credit team with Joint Check Agreements, Notice of Furnishings and Certificate of Insurance Requests
• Process customer database updates
• Answer incoming phone lines as needed
  
  

Qualifications/Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Finance degree preferred or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
