Job Title: General Operator
Job Description
As a General Operator, you will handle a variety of responsibilities that change with the seasons. During spring and summer, your tasks will include inspecting and maintaining seed crops, and supporting seed inventory management. Fall brings harvesting and seed packaging, while winter focuses on seed cleaning, maintenance, warehousing, and shipping to meet customer demands. Your activities will also include receiving and processing crop trucks, handling harvest activities, labelling, tagging, bagging, and palletizing seed, as well as managing inventory data entry and preparing seed shipments. The position requires flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and shifts throughout the year.
