Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic marketing plans to grow preference and volume for assigned business area. Works with senior management to ensure marketing plans align with overall strategy. Determines proper marketing mix to most effectively use available resources.

Key Accountabilities

  • Establish benchmarks of success, including budget management, project and campaign metrics, and provide quarterly updates.
  • Identify new/better ways to connect with current and potential “guest”; ensure NHC share of voice exceeds competitors.
  • Working across department and within the system, apply best practices to support system branding goals, achieve incremental value and / or efficiencies.
  • Establish effective working relationships with key internal departments, agency, and other vendor partners to advance key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key internal customers to develop strategic annual plans to drive awareness, preference and usage for assigned business area.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Three years marketing or communications
  • Bachelor Degree

Desired

  • One year healthcare marketing to include development/implementation of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Master Degree
