Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks and libraries; other languages like C# and Java may be considered.
- Familiarity with full-stack technologies and development, including front end (Streamlit, HTML, CSS, JavaScript), back-end (APIs, JSON, XML, logical workflow, exception handling, monitoring and logging, microservices), and data stores (SQL, noSQL, Cosmos, MongoDB, blobs).
- Familiarity with utilizing large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and their integration into automation processes, including RAG-based architectures and fine-tuning.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with common ML model types and related data engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with deploying and managing solutions on Azure infrastructure; other cloud-native platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform are also acceptable.
- Experience working with code repositories like git and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Experience developing UiPath solutions; other UI automation tools and technologies like Selenium and Puppeteer are also acceptable.
- Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach to solving business challenges.
Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in automation programming and full-stack development.
- Demonstrable contributions in a project-based environment.
- Previous experience working with machine learning models and cloud-native platforms is highly desirable.
- Public sector consulting experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Project management and/or Agile certifications a plus (PMP, CSM, CSPO, etc.)
