Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a Program Manager, Human Resources to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary position that will continue for two months.

Job Duties Include:
- Lead or support the management of projects and programs
- Scope and plan projects from initiation through to delivery and sustain
- Coordinate project stakeholders including ensuring program teams are clear on the problem(s) and impact on people and business
- Identify, communicate, and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues as they arise
- Prepare and contribute to strategy including team and department plans
- Manage intake processes to develop clear project turning points
- Support in measuring the effectiveness and impact of projects and programs
- Manage business operations processes for the department as needed, such as writing newsletters, leading monthly portfolio reviews, etc.
- Support in managing day-to-day tasks associated with projects including updating project trackers, conducting data analysis, and preparing reporting
- Maintain discretion when working on confidential subjects
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
- 6+ years of experience leading and running large-scale, global organization-wide people-centered or the equivalent of work and education experience in a related field,
- Knowledge across multiple HR verticals
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable preparing and analyzing large amounts of data
- Experience with creating success measures and using data to inform decision making
- Centered in a culture of inclusivity that facilitates openness to different perspectives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Experience preparing and presenting to executive leadership
- Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels
