Supply Chain Manager

Currently, StaffBright has an exciting new opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager with a long-time client located in Twinsburg, OH. This role requires 5+ years of experience within a supply chain related role, leadership, and fastener components.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the Supply Chain Services team, including Material Planners, Analysts, and Traffic and Forecasting specialists.
• Optimize, develop, and maintain supply chain and operations processes.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, and coordination of product change management.

What We'll Need From You:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Required experience in fasteners.
• Ability to remain flexible and manage crises effectively while maintaining performance under
• Experience in managing and coaching teams.
• Proficiency in planning and inventory management, along with strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, with a strong preference for SAP
