Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality & Compliance Manager oversees the quality assurance of service delivery to the clients of Options For All. The incumbent reports directly to the Workforce Manager and works in coordination with the Chief People Officer, Chief Programs Officer, and other staff to support strategic and operational quality outcomes to enhance client support operations and regulatory requirements. The Quality & Compliance Manager has administrative ownership of case management and workforce management systems.

This position is based in our San Diego, CA headquarters located at 4250 Pacific Highway, STE 125 San Diego, CA 92110

Essential Functions

  • Provides preparation and support to programs for Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Regional Center QA, Title 17 and Title 22 audits, and Community Care Licensing compliance inspections for all regions served
  • Conducts program quality audits to maintain compliance standards and best practices
  • Collaborates with program leadership to lead program improvement initiatives, identify gaps in client support and operational quality processes, and develop sustainable solutions
  • In close coordination with the Chief People Officer, identifies staff training opportunities that increase the quality of services provided to clients and also ensures compliance indicators are met
  • Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of OFA’s policies and procedures
  • Assists with year-end collection and compiling of the Outcome Measurement Report (OMR) data
  • Acts as the primary administrator for Options For All’s case management and workforce planning systems
  • Maintains confidentiality and protects sensitive data at all times including client information, proprietary information, and personnel information

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, equivalent or GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • A minimum of 5 years of quality and compliance and/or I/DD Program leadership
  • Experience working in the non-profit sector (preferred)
  • Attend all required meetings and complete all required training
  • Comply with all Options For All policies and procedures

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Proficient computer and technology skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Successful completion of background check

Compensation

  • Compensation is $67,225.60 per year
