Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other data analysts and cross-functional departments to gather, clean, and automate data processes.
- Develop and maintain data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and efficiency.
- Use Python and SQL to automate pulling and processing of data.
- Understand and evaluate different data sources to ensure relevancy and accuracy of data.
- Work independently to develop data insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience working with data sets in a professional setting.
- Beginner to intermediate-level proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and validate significant amounts of information with attention to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Python analytical libraries and documentation (pandas, SQLAlchemy, DuckDB, requests, Sphinx, Markdown, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres and MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Salary range $70,000 to $90,000 DOE
