We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Reservationist to join our dynamic team at the Lure Group. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for booking reservations for our four venues, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilizing reservation apps such as Resy and OpenTable to manage and confirm bookings
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records
- Collaborating with the team to optimize table availability and seating arrangements
- Providing recommendations and information about our venues, menus, and services
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including data entry and using Microsoft Office applications
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reservationist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in answering phones and handling customer inquiries with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with reservation apps such as Resy and OpenTable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
