  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Business Intelligence (BI) Google Cloud Platform Systems Administrator to join our client s team. This is a remote position with the potential to extend into the following year and beyond. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing production systems in a Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) environment, troubleshooting failures, and providing optimal solutions. You will collaborate with IT teams, lead technical initiatives, and offer consulting and mentoring to teammates.

If you have a passion for cloud technologies, system administration, and enjoy resolving complex technical challenges, this role is perfect for you. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Google Cloud Platform services and have experience with logging, monitoring, and dashboard creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer production systems in a complex Google Cloud Platform environment.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system failures in real-time.
  • Perform in-depth data research to provide clarity and implement fixes.
  • Collaborate with teams across IT to resolve complex issues and offer optimal solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, consulting, and mentoring to teammates.
  • Develop and update documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Provide after-hour, weekend, and on-call support as required.
  • Ensure clear communication with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills through guided and self-initiated learning.
