We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Visualization Analyst in Somerset, New Jersey. The role involves working with analytics, statistics, data visualization, SQL, and cloud-based technology to mine and manipulate large data sets. This role is within the industry, contributing to our team's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools, with a preference for Tableau.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders such as clinical and administrative staff to understand and translate data requirements into visualizations.
  • Analyze complex datasets to derive insights and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Update and maintain existing Tableau dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues and collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions.
  • Communicate project status updates with business users and technical teams.
  • Facilitate validation with the business to ensure development meets design requirements.
  • Participate in change control reviews and change approvals.
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users' needs, technical teams, and leadership for new and existing content.
  • Acquire necessary certifications such as Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle fundamentals within a set timeframe.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a related industry
  • Demonstrable proficiency in CRM, Database, Database Object, and Database System
  • Practical knowledge of DB2 Database and Backup Technologies is essential
  • Familiarity with AB Testing techniques
  • Proven experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and strategies
  • Ability to create informative and interactive dashboards
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with a focus on data visualization
  • Certified Epic qualification is desired
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
