The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in general operational support, including budget management, data handling, event support and addressing operational needs. The role will also involve calendar management for leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage the GM's complex calendar in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate scheduling and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with leads and program owners on ROB planning and execution, aligning with team priorities and deliverables.
  • Organize global morale events and team meeting, including logistics such as venue, agenda, catering, and onsite support.
  • Maintain distribution groups, security groups, and team memberships.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the GM and address issues as needed during travel.
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports for the GM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Policy.
  • Support the full hiring cycle
  • Assist with hardware tracking and equipment procurement.
  • Complete special projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrate leadership and contribute to team culture; mentor and support other business support colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, report creation) – 2-4 years of experience.
  • Calendar management expertise, especially with Outlook – 2-4 years of experience.
  • Event support experience – 2-4 years of experience.
