Operations System Analyst (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)



Location: Fully Remote (Preference for candidates near San Jose or San Francisco,CA)



Are you a skilled Operations System Analyst with a passion for optimizing supply chain and manufacturing processes? In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing ERP systems, driving process improvements, and ensuring smooth system implementations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with extensive ERP experience to make a significant impact.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Diagram and assess existing processes to identify gaps and issues with new ERP processes.
  • Act as a Super User for systems and tools, ensuring thorough testing of system configurations and timely resolution of issues.
  • Address and resolve challenges that arise during the ERP implementation process.
  • Plan and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create metrics for measuring processes and identify indicators for future improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data to determine the root causes of problems and align improvements with performance shortfalls.
  • Deliver presentations and training on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control, and provide ongoing support for ERP systems.
  • Stay current with the latest ERP technologies and trends.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:




  • 5+ years of professional experience in ERP implementation, analytics, business operations, finance, or supply chain.
  • BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with complex ERP or enterprise management systems.
  • High-performance capabilities in Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, chart creation, lookups) and knowledge of databases.
  • strong analytical mindset with detail-focused analysis and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make timely and well-informed decisions and design recommendations.
  • Extensive understanding of functionalities required for Demand Management.
