Job Title: Accounts Receivable

Location: Galveston St. Chandler, AZ
Duration: 6+ Months (Possibility of extension of contract)

Shift Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST

Description

This will be an onsite position in the Chandler/Phoenix AZ area. ***Candidate must reside in Chandler/Phoenix AZ area***

The AR Representative is charged with maximizing cash flow by making outbound calls on patient accounts.

This role is essential to ensuring patient financial services are handled properly.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist position is responsible for helping patients understand their pharmaceutical charges and assist in resolving any resident questions or concerns.

The AR Representative is charged with maximizing cash flow by ensuring that an accurate and complete accounting of each member's balance due is maintained.

This position will also be responsible for documenting and executing account reconciliation through potential adjustments and refunds due on the beneficiary's account.

The representative will also be monitoring and working payment errors and reversal reports on a weekly basis.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years related work experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills required

Strong data entry (Excel/Access) and typing skills required Must have an understanding of Accounts Receivable Must be able to work independently as well as the able to work as part of a team

Knowledge of Medicare Part D beneficial, but not required

Education

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred.
