  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator at Affinity Nightlife in West Hollywood, CA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and overseeing event logistics.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Sales experience, including high number of phone calls
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the Los Angeles nightlife scene
  • Experience with event promotions and casting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
