NativePath seeks an innovative, creative, health-conscious Marketing Subscription Manager to join our Retention Team! This person will ideate, execute, optimize, and maintain our customer subscription program. This will consist of strategizing and executing subscription offers, the post-subscription experience, improving the retention rate, and other KPIs. You will be responsible for all strategy, copywriting, A/B testing, data analysis, and reporting of your efforts. You will work alongside the rest of the Retention team to ensure that all strategies align and we deliver a superior customer experience while increasing our Lifetime Value. Responsibilities:

  • Total ownership and execution of the NativePath subscription program
  • Determine strategy and create email subscription offers for all products
  • Continuous updating and optimizing of all subscription post-purchase flows, offers, and incentives
  • A/B testing
  • Integrate channels when needed and work in collaboration with other team managers
  • Grow subscription buyer file size
  • Increase customer Lifetime Value
  • Copywriting all needs of subscription offers, pages and emails
  • Recognize and adapt to NativePath’s unique brand voice
  • Be proficient in data and reporting metrics
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emails trends, and all things retention and subscription
  • Ongoing monitoring of KPIs—identify what works and what doesn’t, and then double down on what is working

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven work and growth in retention marketing and subscription product management experience is required
  • 3+ years of Copywriting experience
  • A willingness to become a product and industry expert, and to learn our customer’s language
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing and marketing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work under minimal direction, be organized, and be able to prioritize commitments and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
  • Strong work ethic with off-hours flexibility and ability to travel as needed to periodic meetings

Job Type:

Work Location & Schedule:

  • 100% Remote
  • Monday-Friday (time and time zone, or flexible)

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks:

  • $80,000 - $90,000/yr, and discretionary end-of-year bonus opportunity
