Coordinate national beverage programs, manage consumer sampling activations and promotions, and work with top beer, wine, and spirit brands, as well as entertainment venues, restaurants, hotels, resorts, and casinos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients and beverage suppliers.
  • Program Management: Oversee RFP presentations, manage client-supplier programs, and plan consumer activations and promotions.
  • Financial Duty: Develop and manage program, activation, and event budgets in collaboration with the accounting division.
  • Calendar Management: Develop and manage promotional calendars to align with portfolio priorities.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle tasks such as opening purchase orders in Salesforce, tracking expenditures, and closing projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on objectives, sales, and activation activities.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in customer relations and program management, preferably in hospitality or consumer goods sectors.
  • Educational Background: GED with experience or a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (not mandatory).
