Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to drive the success of NetApp's cloud business, which encompasses cloud storage (native cloud storage on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform cloud services) and cloud management. This strategic role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of our Cloud Business and is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive One Cloud Go-To-Market strategies for NetApp's Cloud Storage and Cloud Ops business lines, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market trends.
Design and implement effective sales enablement programs and sales plays that empower the sales team to effectively communicate value propositions for both Cloud Storage and Cloud Ops offerings.
Drive demand generation and pipeline growth by creating and executing multi-channel engagement strategies with prospects, partners, and key customers.
Spearhead adoption and consumption acceleration initiatives to increase utilization of NetApp's cloud solutions across new and existing customers.
Lead ecosystem partner collaboration efforts for the Cloud Ops business, identifying key partners, developing joint solutions, and executing co-marketing and co-selling initiatives.
Coordinate with the Partner and Alliance team to align GTM strategies with Cloud partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for the Cloud Storage business.
Conduct market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cloud space, informing competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Drive geographic expansion and develop targeted Go-To-Market plans for key market segments, including creation of customer personas and segmentation strategies.
Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure alignment across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, while establishing and tracking key performance metrics for the cloud business.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, Sales, Business development and operation, preferably in the cloud computing or enterprise software industry
Experience in collaborating effectively with partner and alliance teams, particularly in coordinating GTM efforts with one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful GTM strategies for complex B2B technology solutions
Deep understanding of public cloud infrastructure, storage, and management landscapes
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
Experience in creating and executing strategic GTM plans for diverse market segments

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $201,000 - $282,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
