Test Engineer II

Primary Talent Partners has a 6 month contract opening for a Test Engineer to join a multinational medical device company for an onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.

Pay: $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr based on experience
Contract: W2, 6 months, extensions likely, conversion possible, cannot support C2C or provide sponsorship

Summary:
We are looking for a Test Development Engineer II to assist in analytical test method development in support of implantable pace makers, implantable cardiac monitoes, and implantable cardioverter defibrillator and leads.

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment.
• Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed.
• Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
• Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree, ideally in an Engineering discipline.
• With a Bachelor of Science degree, 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
• With a Master of Science degree, 1+ year of relevant experience is required.
• Test Method Development.
• Test Method Validation.
• Installation Qualifications.
