Research & Business Development Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Research & Business Development Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the firm by identifying and researching potential clients, building a pipeline of leads, and assisting with outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, candidates and new business opportunities within target markets.
• Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through a variety of outreach methods, including emails, calls, and networking events.
• Client Outreach: Support the business development team in engaging with potential clients, setting up meetings, and assisting in follow-up communications.
• Data Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies and ensure a seamless process.
• Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn/LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
