Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, candidates and new business opportunities within target markets.
- Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through a variety of outreach methods, including emails, calls, and networking events.
- Client Outreach: Support the business development team in engaging with potential clients, setting up meetings, and assisting in follow-up communications.
- Data Management: Keep the CRM system up to date with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies and ensure a seamless process.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn/LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
