  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

JACQUES is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Studio Intern. This role will assist cross functional teams in daily operations from Production and Product Development to Sales and Marketing while providing relevant industry experience in an exciting, fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain organization of studio space and assist in order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Manage studio inventory, including fabrics, trims, samples and patterns
  • Assist Production Manager in local production coordination, quality control and more
  • Assist in maintaining production and product development calendars and tasks
  • Assist in set up and execution of sales and marketing events, activations and initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of studio presentations and client meetings
  • Assist in special projects and general administrative tasks and errands as needed

Profile:

  • Proactive, self-starter who can take initiative and work independently to deliver results
  • Eagerness to explore varying roles and assist cross-functional team members
  • Creative problem solver, effective communicator and willing collaborator
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient Google Workplace, specifically Sheets / Excel
  • Local to NYC preferred but not required
  • Passionate about luxury fashion, architecture, interior design and the arts in general
