  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Audit Manager to work for our client located in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and be accountable for the planning and execution of risk-based, operational and financial audits under the guidance of the Internal Audit Director
  • Manage the audit team through all phases of strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent
  • Communicate results to appropriate leadership, including the preparation of audit reports that provide audit results to clients/management in a clear, concise, and substantive manner
  • Identify and recommend control enhancements to support high-growth environment and constant change while mitigating critical risk
  • Partner with Continuous Improvement and Leaders in continuous improvement initiatives as well as to independently lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive improve productivity
  • Develop strong relationships with business, technology partners and external auditors at all levels

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of audit experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
