Key Responsibilities
- Data Quality & Compliance: Investigate and resolve data quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Client Support: Serve as first point of contact for client queries
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and quality improvements.
- Vendor Management: Build project contracts into Client's vendor management system, ensuring that milestone amounts and hours/budgets are accurately recorded and monitored.
- Risk & Control: Apply risk and control knowledge to ensure activities are compliant
- Prior experience in Financial Services and Banking
- Administrative Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an administrative or business office environment
- Relationship Management: At least 1 year of experience in relationship management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and instant messaging, with the ability to present data and create reports effectively.
- Educational Background: Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with risk and control principles within a business environment.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
