Join the growing marketing team at McKinnon and Harris, a luxury exterior furniture maker based in Richmond, VA. Our team is responsible for building awareness & engagement with interior designers and end-clients through brand storytelling, events and digital marketing channels.

The Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating with and supporting the VP of Marketing, Creative Director and Digital Marketing Manager to develop marketing campaigns, events, brand partnerships and creative assets to achieve marketing goals.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • Project manage and execute components of marketing initiatives, including product launches, events and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing support materials, ensuring they are up to date and consistent with the strategy; produce all new collateral and sales tools, partnering with outside vendors.
  • Maintain and update the Digital Asset Management system.
  • Support photo and video shoots.
  • Create internal communications to drive employee engagement.
  • Monitor and track performance of marketing programs.
  • Gather customer insights and industry data to support strategy and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and deliver according to timelines and budget parameters
  • Highly organized and able to effectively balance creative and operational needs with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional and external partners at all levels
  • Experience with Adobe Creative suite is a plus
  • Must be committed to embracing the luxury brand environment and holding a high bar for brand representation

Experience:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
