Our customer, a travel company, is looking for a Junior Commercial Attorney based in the Northeast for a 6-month engagement.

We seek a skilled Junior Commercial Attorney to support the Commercial Team in the Legal Department. The primary focus of this role is to review, draft, and negotiate SaaS, vendor, sales, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). The ideal candidate will work closely with their in-house legal team and various departments to ensure legal compliance and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and documents, including NDAs, service (SaaS) agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and manage legal risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 3 years of contract law experience, focusing on technology and commercial agreements.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working at multinational companies.
  • Located in the Northeast
